ABOUT US
The Gender and Peace Building Centre (GPBC) is an independent, not-profit Research Development Organization established and registered in 2005.
GPBC has a country office based in capital of North Kordofan, State ElObied city with other branches in South and West Kordofan States, Khartoum, and Middle Darfur.
GPBC- logo: Feet – A child's feet symbolize the future; White – the color of peace, purity and purity; Violet – the color of hope, love and optimism; and Red – the color of sacrifices and concessions.
Our Mission
To influence both policy making and citizens engagement to formulate a visible contribution to sustain peace and gender empowerment. While our vision acknowledges the important role of theoretical perspectives, we stay committed for the realities conducting most of our research and development projects in communities, research centers, schools and other institutions.

Our objectives
GPBC aims to enhance the living standards of vulnerable communities in Sudan as a leading humanitarian NNGO dedicated to saving and transforming lives. It focuses on the most challenging areas to assist those in greatest need, delivering integrated programs for sustainable humanitarian development and promoting research on peace initiatives
